Our in-house athletes train directly with Seamless coaches in a structured environment designed for long-term growth.

What it looks like:

• Evaluation: Every athlete begins with a full throwing assessment to identify mechanical inefficiencies and performance gaps.

• Onboarding: The first two sessions are 1-on-1, ensuring you understand your program and how to execute it correctly.

• Semi-Private Training: After onboarding, athletes transition into semi-private sessions — the same model used by professional programs — where they train alongside other athletes while still receiving individualized coaching.

• Comprehensive Approach: Athletes receive structured strength, power, and mobility work to complete on their own, ensuring the throwing program is supported by complete physical development.

• Out-of-Facility Support: All in-house athletes also receive the same remote accessibility as our online athletes — the ability to text, schedule calls, or send video breakdowns outside of training sessions for additional clarity and feedback.
