Step 1: Discovery Call

Step 2: Evaluation
Next, we conduct a detailed assessment to get the full picture.
Throwing breakdowns (video analysis of mechanics, efficiency, velocity)
Movement screens (mobility, joint health, strength baselines)
Performance testing (objective measures to track development)
The goal is simple: identify throwing inefficiencies, movement limitations, and performance gaps so we know exactly where to start.
Step 3: Custom Program
No cookie-cutter templates. Every athlete receives a tailored program that addresses their needs, built around four pillars:
Throwing – Mechanics, velocity development, recovery
Strength & Power – Explosiveness and movement patterns that support the throw
Mobility – Arm care, range of motion, durability
Nutrition & Recovery – Fueling and restoring the body for performance
It’s a complete roadmap that evolves with you as you improve.
Step 4: Coaching & Data-Driven Results
This is where the plan becomes development.
In-House Athletes: Begin with 1-on-1 onboarding sessions to master your program. After two sessions, athletes transition into semi-private training — the same professional model used at the highest levels of the game.
Remote Athletes: Receive daily feedback, video breakdowns, and program adjustments to stay locked in, no matter where you train.
Every step is measured and data-driven — from velocity readings to movement quality. You’re never guessing at progress. You’re tracking it, and we’re building on it.
